Welcome to ‘Always Usually Often Sometimes Rarely Never’ an unfathomably long film work by Helen Stratford. The work is an experiment in embodying Crip Time*. When you click on the start it begins at a random point, relapses, returns, delays, hesitates, is forever on repeat and never ends. Please engage according to your own comfort levels. Feel free to close your eyes, to drift and leave when you need to. Consider your own time in this space. The work persists.

This work is a continuation of Helen’s longer-term research into Ecologies of Crip time: examining tensions and ecologies between work, wellness, and (radical) rest through a refusal of spaces and processes of optimisation.
