The Possibility of Being

In June 2024, four artists took part in residencies on Vital Capacities – Shrouk El-Attar, Bella Milroy, Jameisha Prescod and James Kong King-sin – to explore and develop new work, supported by partnerships with Unlimited, Videotage and Wysing Arts Centre.

Over the course of the residency artists have been learning about and exploring the creative possibilities of working with AI to create work. From observing the potential to collaboration with AI, artists have created new work as part of the June 2024 Vital Capacities residency. Click on the individual images to explore each artist’s work.
