Elora Kadir is a London-based artist working with installation, drawing, photography, video, and found objects. Her practice often begins with a curiosity about the environments she moves through, such as, how they’re structured, how people behave within them, and how accessible they are. Her work closely observes how everyday spaces and systems reveal who they’re built for—and who they quietly exclude.
Recent themes in her work include comfort, domestic space, and the small frictions of everyday life. Projects like the short film Comfort Furniture, installation RIP Vivaldi on Hold/Is It A Minute Or A Second? and photographic prints Emergency Food Package all reflect a wider interest in the invisible systems we live within.
Elora recently participated in the Food Not Cuts exhibition at the Food Museum (2025) and has completed residencies at West Dean College (2024) and the Museum of the Home (2023), continuing her exploration of comfort, environment, and access.
